A company called Herbal Delights has introduced a brand new concept of delivering ready-to-drink Chinese herbal soup right to the office.

According to Kent Chin, the owner of Herbal Delights, the idea of bringing steaming hot, ready-to-drink Chinese herbal soup direct to the customer was inspired by the fact that not everyone has the luxury of time of preparing herbal soups.

According to Herbal Delights, no MSG or artificial flavourings are added into the soup. Halal kampung chicken is used to enhance the sweetness and the soups are boiled daily to ensure freshness.

Here’s their current menu of soups: 1. Ginseng Soup at RM 13.00 2. Anti-Insomnia & Anti-Stress Soup at RM 18.00 3. Revitalising Soup at RM 11.00 4. Angelica (Dong Quai) Blood Replenishing Soup at RM 12.00 5. Bak Chan Soup at RM13.00 6. Libido Strengthening Soup at RM15.00 According to Herbal Delights, all of the above have specific health effects and you should check with them for further details. The soup is delivered in a compact, leak-proof, stainless steel thermal flask to ensure that the soup is steaming hot. Each flask contains 500ml, the equivalent of two rice bowls of soup. A refundable deposit of RM20 for the flasks is required or you can also transfer the soups into your own containers and return the flasks immediately.
