Sunday Salmon Delight
This original salmon recipe comes from Mr Sean Wong. This is how he got rid
of some Norwegian salmon a friend gave him during a recent trip overseas.
We got the benefit of the tasting session!
Ingredients:
- 400 gms of sliced Norwegian salmon (decent thickness)
- 1 can of Campbell cream of asparagus soup
- 1 cup of water
- 200 gms of asparagus
- 2 bowls of frying oil
- Generous helping of coarse black pepper and honey
