The first of our review is a little known cafe in Old Airport Road. Our resident reviewer was duly impressed with the bold selection of ingredients for the fusion dishes by the manager chef, Mervin Theseira. The menu features exotic dishes like Mexican Pie Tee, Salmon Laksa, Salad Niçoise and Portuguese Fried Rice. Cafe Capistrano is listed as a halal establishment.
