Competition Rules & Regulations
- By participating in foodvenue.com's competition, you hereby agree to abide by the rules of the competition and the applicable terms and conditions.
- All competitions are only open to residents of Malaysia and registered users of foodvenue.com.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Food Venue Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt and Food Venue Sdn. Bhd. is responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.
- foodvenue.com will not be responsible for delivering the prizes and reserves the right to require the winner to pick up the prizes from foodvenue.com personally during normal office hours.
- Acceptance of any prize shall be deemed as unconditional consent to Food Venue Sdn Bhd, the prize sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's entries, name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
- foodvenue.com reserves the right to mail promotional and advertising materials to any or all of the participants.
- All entries shall become the property of Food Venue Sdn Bhd
- All decisions made by Food Venue Sdn Bhd in relation to any competitions shall be final.
